We’re officially into the second week of January, and we hope everyone is staying strong with their new year’s resolutions! Whether you have a goal to lose weight, exercise more, tone up, or simply improve your overall health, consider yourself officially CHALLENGED!
The 30 day challenge below will help you kickstart and stick to those healthy 2018 goals. It takes hardly any time each day and requires no gym or equipment, making it perfect for even the busiest of schedules!
Be sure to weigh yourself and/or take measurements at the start to properly mark your progress and then prepare to watch your body change over just 30 days! And don’t forget to update us on your 30 days results.

This week: The Metro Branch!
This week we will be bidding 2 projects. The first is the Stanislaus County CSF Emergency Generator project. This project consists of removing the existing 250KW generator and installing a new 400KW generator. Adam is working his magic to put together a winning bid. The second and final project we have bidding this week is the Los Banos Memory Care Community New Building. This project will be the construction of a new 29,000SF memory care facility with 48 beds and an adult day care facility. Jorge will be leading this project. We wish Adam and Jorge the best of luck! Bid it to win it!
