David Plaster joined Collins Electrical Inc. in 2003 as a Senior Estimator. Dave currently serves as Collins Electrical’s Corporate Chief Estimator, managing and directing all electrical estimating staff company-wide.

Dave’s responsibilities include coordinating resources and workload to ensure timely delivery of all proposals, maintaining and directing estimating software data to ensure current costs, investigating and recommending best industry practices and standards, preparing Design-Build project outlines/requirements for budgeting, and coordinating prefabrication efforts with the Prefabrication Department.
