Why do you think people like working at CECI? The company is owned by a very “down to earth” family who works side-by-side with us and are involved in making sure that the job gets done. They are not greedy when it comes to benefits and truly do treat us like “family,” one of the company’s core values. They offer a great 401k match, allow us paid time to help our community, and my favorite – they have an education plan. These are only a few things of the many that CECI offers that make it a great place to work.
Favorite company core value? Integrity!
Favorite thing about working for Collins? My favorite thing about working for Collins is the great opportunities available to us all. Personally, I’m very grateful for the education program that Collins offers which helped me take my education further and obtain a business degree from California State University Stanislaus.
