Rick Henry joined the Collins Electrical family in 2014 with nearly 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. Rick began his career working summers for the electrical contracting company that his father managed in Illinois. Rick was later accepted into the IBEW apprenticeship and began working as an apprentice electrician in 1979. He went on to grow his own electrical contracting business, and later held the position of Vice President of Operations at Del Monte Electric for over 10 years.
As Branch Manager at Collins Electric, Rick manages all day-to-day operations for the Livermore/East Bay branch—overseeing all estimates, job progress, manpower requirements, and cashflow.
Additionally, Rick is the Governor of the Contra Costa Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association, is a member of the Board of Directors, and serves on the Labor Management Cooperative Committee, and Negotiating Committee of the local NECA chapter.
