Susan’s role as the Human Resources Director is to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources function and programs for the organization. Susan is responsible for performing and guiding the day to day operations of the Human Resources department which includes recruiting strategies, employee on-boarding, training and development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, and employee relations. She ensures the development and implementation of the best practice people strategies that support the mission and vision of the organization.
