Construction of a 31,000 square foot new performing arts theater and classroom building. Sitework included the demolition of two existing buildings, demolition of existing AC and concrete hardscape, new concrete sidewalks, retaining walls, AC paving, landscaping, and new underground utilities. Classroom area has 3 large classrooms for Band, Choir, and Drama and includes practice rooms, recording rooms, dressing rooms, and offices. Theater has 457 seats and an orchestra pit.
