Susan Rodriguez joined Collins Electrical Company, Inc. in 2014 as the Human Resources Manager. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Human Resource Professional (PHR) and possesses over 10 years of human resources experience including recruitment, training, performance management, career development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, safety, and compliance issues. Susan is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent, while helping employees make the most of their careers.
Susan’s role as the Human Resources Manager is to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources department and programs within the organization. Susan is responsible for performing and guiding the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources/Payroll department, including recruiting strategies, employee on-boarding, training and development, compensation, benefits and payroll/HRIS, equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, and employee relations. She ensures the development and implementation of the best practical strategies that work to support the mission and vision of the organization.
